Advertising Advantage
Ultra publishes its own Buyers Guide magazine which allows us to
advertise all of our listings every day of the month. We also
have our Buyers Guide online, which is updated weekly. We supply
brochure boxes for our yard signs and make flyers for the
agents to stock these boxes with.

Secretarial Staff Provided
We try to free up as much time as we can for our agents so they can
concentrate on listing and selling. Our office staff inputs all listings,
corrections and updates into MLS. They also do the paperwork
associated with the listings and contracts, such as writing ads, making
listing sheets making files and getting contracts to the title companies.

Ultra can send referrals using Relo independent brokers. A referral network
that comprises of nearly 4,000 offices, 90,000 associates, 212 billion sales
volume and 15,000 communities served to handle our incoming and
outgoing referrals.

Individual agent training by Broker with the Certified Residential Specialist
designation (CRS), Graduate Realtors Council Designation (GRI) plus the
benefit of 25 years of actual experience in  listing and selling homes. Plus we have the
Tom Hopkins sessions series on DVD, a 13 session training guide for new as well as
experienced agents.
